This Privacy Policy explains how TrilokCloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("TrilokCloud", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit the AskShala marketing website at askshala.in ("Website") or submit a demo request through our contact form.

AskShala is an AI school information assistant for Indian schools. This policy applies to the public Website only. Schools that deploy AskShala receive a separate privacy notice for parents and staff who use the assistant at their school.

2. Who is responsible for your data

TrilokCloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is the data fiduciary for personal information collected through this Website.

3. What we collect

When you request a demo or contact us through the Website, we may collect:

  • School name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Approximate student count range
  • How you heard about AskShala (optional)
  • Any message you choose to include (optional)

We do not require you to create an account to browse the Website. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

4. How we use your information

We use contact form information to:

  • Respond to demo requests and sales enquiries
  • Schedule conversations with school decision makers
  • Improve how we explain AskShala to prospective schools

We retain contact enquiries for as long as needed to respond, evaluate a potential school partnership, and maintain reasonable business records. If you ask us to delete your details and we have no legal reason to keep them, we will do so within a reasonable time.

  • With TrilokCloud staff involved in sales or onboarding
  • With service providers who help us store or manage enquiries under contract
