Your admin person uploads them through a simple panel that needs no technical knowledge. The more relevant documents you provide the more questions the system can answer accurately.
No parent personal information is stored alongside query content. Questions are anonymised in line with the DPDP Act 2023 before any retention takes place. We do not store names, phone numbers, email addresses, or any identifying information connected to a parent's query.
Yes. Every school gets its own branded assistant with its own name, colours, and identity. Parents see their school on the screen, not a third-party product name.
The system tells the parent clearly that it does not have that information, then gives your school phone number and email address directly. It never guesses. It never makes something up. That honesty is part of how it is built.
No. It is a monthly subscription and you can cancel any month with no penalty. The pilot runs for 4 weeks at no charge. There is no obligation to continue. If you choose to move forward we agree commercial terms together at our week 4 review.

Sunil Tiwari is the founder of TrilokCloud Technologies and the creator of AskShala. He is completing a doctorate specialising in Generative AI, with research focused on AI governance frameworks for Indian institutions.
